Carol worked with our law firm and me personally from the spring of 1988, when she joined ISD Incorporated as Senior Designer, until the spring of 1991, at which time she was a Principal Design Manager with primary responsibility for our renovation project. During that time, Carol exhibited her ability to focus on both the overall administration of our design and construction project and the day- to-day details, which requires so much attention. Carol’s firmness in dealing with contractors and consultants made it clear that she understood priorities and deadlines of the project, yet she was flexible enough to explore a variety of solutions to problems, which confronted us. Having Carol work on our project was of such importance to our law firm that we made her involvement a requirement when we renegotiated our contract with her employer. I believe Carol would make a positive contribution to any project with which she would be involved.

On Friday afternoon, May 7th, in your absence, Carol Koplin asked me to attend the law firm ribbon cutting ceremony, which I did, the managing partner and the M.C. for the affair (JV) was most complimentary to our firm and particularly singled out Carol for accolades to the audience. She has been diligent and successful in working through a whole series of client committees, delays and differences of opinion. I think it is particularly noteworthy that she has come through this project, working for these attorneys, with such excellent client relations.

And Carol – – Carol was great! I can’t imagine a project manager who could of cared more about the project. Carol made sure we got the best our budget would allow by using her wonderful design sense to help us create a space that is functional and attractive. She was always responsive, followed up on matters in a timely fashion and paid attention to details. On top of that, she was fun to work with.

I certainly enjoyed working with you, and have gained enormous insight into interior finishes. Your guidance through some of the difficult decisions throughout this project played a significant role in our final decisions. Your continual attention to the detail within the millwork, carpet and stone were exceptional to say the least. Personally, I gained an enormous amount of knowledge on these finishes, and know it will benefit me professionally in the years to come.
